A Manual for Writers of Research Papers, Theses, and Dissertations, Seventh Edition: Chicago Style for Students and Researchers (Chicago Guides to Writing, Editing, and Publishing)
I am posting today the first entry for this blog. You might ask why
this title? Well, for me if I am going to describe what the
internet is all about, the way I see it in my mind , the internet is
somewhat similar to the human mind. It captures all the knowledge,
information, even emotions, experiences not only of an indivual,
but the whole human race as well. It encapsulates the whole humankind.
The internet is like one gigantic human baby brain which absorbs
every single information we feed him. It is building up stock files
and stock files of knowledge both good and back. It's is saving raw
information every single day which can be retrieved anytime and
anywhere.
The internet is the extension of the human brain or I can say the extension
of the whole humankind . That's how I see the internet right now.
As for my own daily experiences, I can't image how I will survive each
day without the help of the internet, I rely so much on the internet.
if I don't know a certain topic, I just search the net, hit enter and fresto,
the information is right before my eyes. If I don't know how to go to a
particular place, I just go to a street directory online, and there it goes,
the internet will even tell me which bus no. to ride to get there. If I
wanted to cook something which I haven't tried before. No problemo,
the internet will show me how to cook it exactly how a master chef is
going to cook it. It's really amazing. The internet is becoming the
extension of me. It is becoming the encapsulation of my being.
So, going forward, what I am going to do in this blog is to post here
anything which I think will be helpful to the readers, anything that is
worth reading for. Contents which can be useful and interesting for
all of us. Keeping in mind that this blogging activity is a conscious effort
on my part to encapsulate my being into the internet.
